Welcome to Lilly Learning Tree. By enrolling your child in our programs (Kindergarten, DayCare, or Special Child Care), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of our learning environment.
1. Enrollment & Admission
- Admission is subject to availability and completion of all required forms and documents.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and updated medical, emergency, and contact details.
- The school reserves the right to deny admission if requirements are not met.
2. Fees & Payments
- All fees (admission, tuition, daycare, activity, etc.) must be paid in advance as per the fee schedule.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional cases approved by management.
- Late fee payments may attract additional charges.
3. Attendance & Timings
- Parents are requested to adhere strictly to the drop-off and pick-up timings.
- Any delay in pickup beyond the allowed time may result in additional charges.
- Regular attendance is encouraged for the child’s consistent growth and development.
4. Health & Safety
- Parents must inform the staff immediately if their child is unwell or has been exposed to any contagious illness.
- A medical certificate may be required before rejoining after an illness.
- The school will provide first-aid for minor injuries but is not responsible for medical emergencies beyond basic care. Parents will be contacted immediately in case of emergencies.
5. Personal Belongings
- Parents are advised to label all personal belongings (bags, bottles, clothing, etc.).
- The school will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
6. Conduct & Discipline
- Children are expected to respect teachers, peers, and school property.
- The school promotes positive discipline and does not encourage any form of corporal punishment.
- Repeated disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or withdrawal of admission.
7. Special Programs & Activities
- Participation in extracurricular activities (dance, karate, swimming, music, etc.) may require additional consent and fees.
- Safety measures will be taken, but parents accept inherent risks associated with such activities.
8. Special Child Care Policy
- For children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, etc.), personalized care plans will be designed in consultation with parents.
- Parents are required to share complete medical history and therapy recommendations to support effective care.
- Additional resources or staff, if required, may incur extra charges.
9. Communication
- All official communication will be shared via emails, notices, or phone messages.
- Parents are responsible for keeping their contact details updated.
10. Consent for Media & Activities
- By enrolling, parents consent to the use of their child’s photos/videos for internal records, newsletters, and promotional materials (unless opted out in writing).
- Parents must sign consent forms for field trips, excursions, or special events.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- While we take utmost care of all children, Lilly Learning Tree is not liable for any unforeseen accidents, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Amendments
- Lilly Learning Tree reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes.
